the hotel location is convenient, especially for access to the train station.
The breakfast service was slow and disorganized. It took a long time to receive our order. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and some menu items were unavailable. i also found the twin beds pushed together made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. I kept sinking into the middle.

My key card stopped working every time I tried to use it, frustrating. I waited nearly an hour for my full English breakfast, a long time (I almost missed my train).

The staff was always smiling. i was given a very spacious room and the bed was very comfy! i asked for slippers and water. I got them super quick! the location is great too.
The bathroom could use a little more attention. The shower needs some love.

it's super close to the train station, like a two-minute walk! made getting around so easy. i could explore the city without any hassle, especially as everything is nearby, so walking is simple.

The room had several convenient features. I found a refrigerator stocked with water bottles, and complimentary biscuits were provided. The bathroom included a spacious walk-in shower. I really appreciated the quietness of my room, despite its proximity to the station.
The process to exit the premises wasn't as seamless as I've experienced at other larger hotels. It took a little longer.
