A generally fine experience

nearby train station clean room fabulous staff undercooked eggs poor apology no replacement

The hotel is very close to the train station. It made transport so easy. The room was clean. The staff at breakfast were fabulous.

The eggs Benedict had to be sent back to the kitchen. The eggs were undercooked. I was not asked if I wanted a replacement.

The room was very clean and the location was convenient.

My key card stopped working every time I tried to use it, frustrating. I waited nearly an hour for my full English breakfast, a long time (I almost missed my train).

totally awesome stay!

smiling staff spacious room comfy bed great location

The staff was always smiling. i was given a very spacious room and the bed was very comfy! i asked for slippers and water. I got them super quick! the location is great too.

The bathroom could use a little more attention. The shower needs some love.

Superb Stay Near Victoria Station

stocked refrigerator complimentary biscuits spacious shower quiet room

The room had several convenient features. I found a refrigerator stocked with water bottles, and complimentary biscuits were provided. The bathroom included a spacious walk-in shower. I really appreciated the quietness of my room, despite its proximity to the station.

The process to exit the premises wasn't as seamless as I've experienced at other larger hotels. It took a little longer.
